Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfil all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfil the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you have received your order confirmation email.

shipping coverage

We are always striving to grow the brand to bring smiles to more people. At present, our shipping coverage are only within the Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, and Putrajaya regions to ensure our fresh products arriving your delivery address in good condition.

order shipping

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. You will only receive the shipment notification once you have made your payment. Your order will arrive within 1-3 days from receiving your shipping confirmation notification.

Deliveries are made from 9AM – 6PM every day. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you of our arrival.

Our warehouse operates on Monday – Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays, at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

change of delivery address

For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been shipped.

items out of stock

If an item is out of stock, we will wait for the item to be available before dispatching your order. Existing items in the order will be reserved while we await this item.

shipping time exceeded

If the shipping time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us at sales@boysandchicks.com so that we can conduct an investigation.

tracking notifications

Upon shipping, customers will receive a tracking number from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

parcels damaged in transit

If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service at sales@boysandchicks.com. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service.

potentials delays

In certain peak periods (i.e Ramadhan), our Website may experience a high volume of orders which may result in potential delays in delivering your order. We will try to the best of our capabilities to ensure that your order will be received within the aforementioned shipping time.

shipping rates

We offer RM15 flat rate shipping to Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, and Putrajaya. Free shipping is applicable to orders above RM250.

shah alam delivery

Free local delivery is available for orders over RM50 within Shah Alam. For orders under RM50, we charge RM5 for local delivery.

order tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@boysandchicks.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
