cancellation policy

ABI Animals Enterprise (“we” and “us”) is the owner of the Boys & Chicks brand as well as the operator of the listed platforms.
(www.boysandchicks.com , shopee.com.my/boysandchicks, www.instagram.com/boysandchicks_, www.facebook.com/boysandchicks) (“Website” or “eShop”).
By placing an order through this Website, you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

cancellation prior to shipment

If you cancel your order(s) before it ships from our warehouse, you will not be charged any additional fees. We require a cancellation request to be submitted by emailing us at sales@boysandchicks.com.

Once the cancellation request is received, a full refund will be initiated. We would advise a cancellation request within 12 hours upon your order submission in order for a cancellation request to succeed prior to goods shipment.

returns

Due to the nature of our agricultural business providing fresh livestock goods, we do not accept returns once the product(s) has been received by you.

refunds

Due to the nature of our agricultural business providing fresh livestock goods, we only allow refunds on a case-by-case basis. The following are the policies to be eligible for refund requests after shipment/receipt of goods:

  • You have 5 calendar days to request a refund for an item from the date you received it.
  • You have experienced ill health effects from consuming our products, in which case
    the ill health effect shows objective symptoms and evidence that the consumption of
    our products caused the effect is shown.
  • Only items that have been purchased directly from the Website links listed above are
    eligible for a refund. Any ABI Animals Enterprise product purchased through other
    retailers is not eligible for this policy and must be in accordance to the respective
    retailers’ refund policy.

Your full refund will be initiated once we have examined the situation to ensure it fulfils our refund policy. The method of refund will be processed depending on your original payment method:

  • Online Bank Transfer, full refunds will be credited into your bank account via online
    bank transfer, which should be posted within 5-7 working days.
  • Credit card refunds via senangPay services, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank
    by senangPay. Kindly contact your card-issuing bank with regards to the duration of
    the credit refunds.

incorrect or damaged Items

In the event that the delivered item(s) is incorrect or damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sales@boysandchicks.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
